Critical Governance

Emergency &
Rapid Response

The Emergency module is the high-velocity engine of the institution. It governs rapid triage and critical care stabilization protocols.

The Triage Protocol

Automated priority routing based on clinical physiological markers.

1

Rapid Triage

Physiological assessment (Red/Yellow/Green) within 60s.

2

Bypass Mode

Immediate care for critical codes with back-filled logs.

3

Vitals Sync

Real-time telemetry to nursing and physician pods.

4

Stabilization

Immediate intervention and rapid response activation.

Emergency
Architecture

Emergency records are prioritized in the sync queue to ensure zero-latency visibility for the ICU and OT teams. Pre-admission records are ephemeral until verified.

Technical Architecture

FieldTypeInstitutional Role
triage_scoreIntSeverity index (1-10) derived from vitals.
code_statusEnumCode Red, Case Yellow, Stable Blue.
stabilization_idUUIDUnique session key for emergency procedures.
is_bypassBooleanIndicates if administrative registration was bypassed.

Note: Data is subject to Enclave AES-256 field-level encryption where applicable.

Bypass Mode Logic

In "Bypass Mode", the system creates a temporary `anonymous_enclave_id` to allow immediate clinical logging. Once the patient is stabilized and identified, all logs are merged into the official MRN vault.

Critical Path Latency: < 50ms

ICU Direct Bridge

Requests for ICU admission from Emergency trigger a high-priority "Bed Allocation Request". The ICU supervisor receives a visual telemetry summary of the incoming patient's vitals.
