Supply Chain Integrity

Pharmacy &
Meds Control

The Pharmacy module is the hospital's clinical supply backbone. It governs procurement, inventory safety, and closed-loop dispensing.

Closed-Loop Dispensing

Maintaining 100% inventory accuracy through automated real-time consumption auditing.

1

Stock Receipt

Verifying supplier delivery against Purchase Orders (PO).

2

Inventory Sync

Automated batch and expiry logging into main store.

3

Prescription Fill

Clinical verification and dispensing from ward stock.

4

Consumption Audit

Real-time stock deduction and revenue sync.

Pharmacy
Architecture

Inventory is managed through a FIFO (First-In, First-Out) logic engine. Batches are automatically quarantined as they approach clinical safety thresholds, ensuring only high-quality meds reach patients.

Medication Safety

  • Expiry Guard

Items within 45 days of expiry are automatically moved to 'Near Expiry' reports. Within 7 days, they are locked from any dispensing action.

  • Closed-Loop Sync

A prescription filled in OPD or IPD instantly deducts stock from the specific ward-pharmacy pod assigned to the patient.

  • L-Audit Protocol

Randomized cycle-counting tasks are assigned to pharmacy staff, with mandatory digital verification of physical counts.

Institutional Accuracy: Stock discrepancy rate < 0.01% via digital auditing.
